LUZULA HILL
A region to the northeast of the village, where rune sprites are in abundance and the weather and soil are locked in permanent springtime. The land slopes upward here until it reaches the mountains, where Ferevale's guardian Ior lives in a hallowed cavern; peaceful meadow roads and treacherous forest hiking trails link the dragon's cave to the village at the foot of the hills.

Luzula Meadow Path

The outskirts of Luzula closest to the village are home to peaceful, grazing monsters like Woolies and Buffamoo. Though it's only about two miles from the village, Luzula Meadow Path is wrapped in eternal springtime, and the colorful wildflowers here are in full bloom no matter the state of the weather in town.

The hillsides Luzula Hill is named and known for are mostly gentle here, but some steeper inclines are perfect for rolling down after a nice picnic with a great view at the top. The path leading up to the woods hasn't seen use by humans in many years, but traveling Woolies have kept it worn and visible; it goes on through the meadows for about three-quarters of a mile before vanishing between the trees.
